Joe Hoffer, a lawyer with Cohen Highley, will conduct a detailed training session for landlords and staff on how to complete the new LPMA Rental Application and the new “Terms and Conditions” that will be an essential addition to the Government’s Standard Lease. Guarantors, rent discounts and other schedules relative to condo rules and by-laws will also be covered. Afternoon (2-4 pm) and evening(6-8 pm) sessions will be held on March 26.
