We are pleased to welcome Pete Testa from the London Police Service, who will share valuable information on property security concerns, outline their approach to supporting landlords, and highlight resources available through the Police Service and their community partners.
We are also happy to have Joel White from Security Guard Group, who will provide practical tips and strategies for improving the safety and security of your properties.
Finally, Anthony Passarelli from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation will present an update on London’s Rental Market Survey results and share insights into current local housing trends.
