  • Maintenance & Repair – Landlord and tenant responsibilities under the RTA, maintenance request process, move in/out inspections, fire safety information and the importance of keeping accurate records.

Spring Hope Food Drive 2019

Spring Hope Food Drive is a one-day event for tenants in hi-rise apartment buildings across Ontario to help the less fortunate by donating non-perishable food items. Building managers will either collect the items from the tenants’ doors or designate an area in the building for the food to be placed. Volunteers will pick up the food from the buildings the next morning and deliver it to the London Food Bank.

All of the food collected in London stays in London. The London event is organized by the London Property Management Association.
